Reed is recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider based in Blackburn that have huge growth plans. The have recently created a new role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be supporting the development of the Group Forecasting process, interacting with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure a succinct and efficient rolling forecasting process. Your role will be to develop and strengthen FP&A practice to ensure the provision of timely, accurate and appropriate financial and non-financial decision support information to the board and senior management teams.

The focus is on partnering key business decision makers; bringing critical forecasting, balance sheet and cash flow expertise to help drive, influence and shape financial performance, advise on future forecasts and support improvement projects to drive efficiencies into corporate ing and month-end.

It is imperative that the successful candidate have strong communication skills as the ability to interpret and present findings to internal stakeholders is essential to the role. Our client is looking for someone with a passion for numbers and the drive to develop in this position.
