I am looking for an Office and Finance Assistant to join my client on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds.

• Mon-Fri (part time or full time)
• Working in a busy SME environment

• £24-27,000 per annum (full time)
• Hybrid working available
Duties:
• Advanced Sage Line 50 user
• Sage Autoentry experience
• Purchase & Sales Ledger Management – Statement runs.
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliations and recurring entries
• Credit card reconciliations
• Foreign Currency in Sage
• BACS Payment Runs
• Payroll
• Understanding of Fixed Assets / Depreciation/ Accruals & Prepayments/ Journals
• General Admin & HR Admin
• Ad-Hoc PA support to Management Team
• General reception duties – answering phone.
• Matching of purchase invoices procedure – to be trained on Insight 123 (Manufacture system)
