Redwood Plastics and Rubber Hiring for Production Worker (FT) at Langley, BC Full Time
Redwood Plastics and Rubber, https://www.redwoodplastics.com/, manufactures and distributes many grades of industrial plastic and rubber. We have in-house engineering and fabrication to produce custom components that often replace steel, aluminum, and wood for longer wear life, decreased downtime, increased production, lighter weight, cost effectiveness and increased safety.
About the Job:
We are growing and hiring 2 Production Workers. We will train on our processes and the safe operation of our equipment. This is a regular, full-time position working at our Port Kells plant.
Responsibilities include:
Become familiar with the production process.
Load and run equipment.
Other duties as required.
Shift: Day Shift: Monday through Thursday: 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Skills and Experience:
Some experience in a manufacturing facility.
Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds.
Good English verbal and written comprehension.
Looking for full-time work.
Compensation: $20 to $24 depending on experience.
