We have in-house engineering and fabrication to produce custom components that often replace steel, aluminum, and wood for longer wear life, decreased downtime, increased production, lighter weight, cost effectiveness and increased safety.

About the Job:
We are growing and hiring a Plant Manager to manage, support and grow the production of our new and existing product lines. Responsibilities include:

Provide direction, development, and leadership to the manufacturing team.

Provide input and execute on the strategy for the plant to achieve the company’s goals.

Set expectations with production staff, establish, introduce, and manage KPI’s.

Manage and control production costs and scheduling to meet budget and delivery targets.

Maintain and develop plant facilities and equipment.

Lead the development of a Lean manufacturing culture.

Promote activities associated with driving the standards of ISO 9001.

Ensure that manufacturing and the facility operates in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience

Experience in the start-up and on-going leadership of a manufacturing facility for engineering designed products.

A minimum of 10 years of work experience in manufacturing, including managing long-term growth.

Degree in manufacturing, operations, engineering or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience.

Experience developing, implementing, and managing KPI’s for a manufacturing workforce.

Strong communication, influencing and listening skills.

Lean manufacturing expertise.

Experience with ISO 9001.
