Location : Chino Hills, CA

Annual Salary : $110,000 – $120,000

Role Overview

Redwood Family Care Network is searching for a Director of Learning & Development to join our senior leadership team. The Director of L&D will lead the design, development, implementation and tracking of training across the organization.

This position requires a visionary leader to drive our organization’s mission by working cross-functionally with leaders across the organization to ensure training is relevant, effective, efficient and leverages technology.

Responsibilites :

• Develop a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy for all levels of the organization.
• Evaluate and identify strengths and opportunities across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Operations, Compliance, and Executive team members to align talent strategy.
• Support field-based employee populations in the areas of training and learning.
• Create and utilize digital and AI technologies specific to career development.
• Oversee the development of training and learning content.
• Measure and manage the effectiveness and overall impact of leadership development programs.
• Create and execute a powerful training curriculum that ranges from onboarding programs to continuous education and topic-based instruction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other leaders to ensure that training evolves at the same speed as our organization.
• Identify, develop, measure and meet KPIs for success in L&D.
• Drive utilization of the Learning Management System.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training or very similar capacity.
• Have supported field-based employee at all career levels.
• Experience of implementing digital enabled learning and development programs.
• Worked cross-functionally with department leaders to execute training and / or project management.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite.
