Are you looking for a career opportunity where you can creatively problem solve, travel, and really make an impact?
Well, look no further! At RedRick Technologies we create custom ergonomic consoles for professionals in the healthcare industry, so they can be more productive, healthy, and comfortable. Through ergonomic design, we reduce pain, fatigue, and risk to their health.
We’ve been in business for 21 years, making a difference and improving lives for customers across North America. Now, you can too as our new Production Coordinator.
Production Coordinator
You’ll be managing the day-to-day operations of our Mount Brydges facility. You’ll have freedom and flexibility to shape your role, and to approach your tasks in a way that works for you.
Your ability to understand production logistics while ensuring deadlines are met will be essential to your success in this role. You’ll be working with the Sales and Production Teams and supporting operations from start to finish.
Practically speaking you will:
Direct and coordinate employees engaged in production

Organize, coordinate, and periodically conduct physical inspections of inventory levels, updating and maintaining ERP as needed
Forecast future product needs to ensure adequate inventory levels
Record and verify incoming deliveries and shipments, reconciling discrepancies with vendors
Participate in on-site installations across Canada and US as required
Prepare documentation required for shipments as necessary (bill of lading, commercial invoice, shipping labels, etc.)
Source cost-effective carrier solutions and monitor the delivery of each shipment to customers’ facilities
Provide hands-on support as required
The best individuals in this role will have a knack for technology, strong computer skills, and a strategic mind. You also love to work with your hands, use tools, and do physical work. Keeping active in your job is important to you. Those with good work ethic and high level of organization will excel in this position.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working mainly in our Mount Brydges location (about 20 km west of London, Ontario). In addition to a competitive salary between $55,000 – $65,000per year (commensurate with experience), a comprehensive benefits package after 3 months’ probation, and a company phone. After a year with us, you’ll receive 3 weeks’ vacation.
We are a tight-knit group that values trust that we can build on, and we are always willing to jump in and help as needed. Collaboration is our key to success. We value everyone’s ideas and are respectful of each other’s contributions. We’re always willing to help each other out. We truly feel like family.
