The Inside Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Redline. You will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing a team of 1-5 inside sales representatives. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue, exceeding sales targets, and building a high-performing sales team through training, mentoring, and motivation.

Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, other duties may be assigned.

• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, hire, and onboard inside sales representatives.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Set and communicate sales targets and goals to the team.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Create a positive and motivating work environment.
• Sales Strategy:
• Develop and execute an effective inside sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with the overall business objectives.
• Sales Operations:
• Monitor and on sales team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement and utilize sales CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
• Forecast sales revenues and create sales s for management.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Assist in closing complex deals and resolving customer issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Team Collaboration:
• Foster collaboration and communication between inside sales and other departments.
• Work closely with the outside sales team to maximize opportunities.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and cross-functional planning sessions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of inside sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success and exceeding performance goals
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (i.e., Zoho)
• Experience/Knowledge of the automotive retail landscape is preferred.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and be flexible to changing requirements.
• High energy, confident, ambitious and self-motivated
• Must be an effective communicator and have great relationship management and interpersonal skills.
