Excellent Opportunity for Experienced Embedded Software Developer to do Exciting Work with Top Development Team at Global Manufacturer

The candidate should have experience in the following skills, components, and tools:

• Program development on Linux operating systems (e.g., Debian)
• Device to laptop communications: TCP interface, socket communications
• Integrated development environment (e.g., VS Code)
• Design and implement API on embedded device
• Hardware processor, control, device drivers, logic state
• Communication over Ethernet, USB, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth
• Configuration management strategies (e.g., GitHub) and software configuration management
• Understanding of open-source code and operating system license use
• Software copyright and trademark requirements
• Identify and implement device remote update, security, and data privacy methods
• Software code review, UML diagram creation, with ability to adjust development paths as necessary
• Take initiative and ownership of software unit and complete system test
• Practices good code documentation, test plan and result documentation
• Complete grasp of typical business soft tools (email, productivity applications, etc.)
• Supports daily work responsibilities, schedule commitment, on-time performance, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
