The Opportunity
We are looking for a finance professional to lead our Capital and Asset Accounting Team in the provision of asset accounting advice and information including the coordination and delivery of:
- Capitalisation and asset accounting activities;
- Financial data support for strategic asset management plan implementation and maintenance; and
- Financial data support asset and service plans implementation and maintenance.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the interpretation and application of accounting standards, principles, methodologies and systems required to provide services in the areas of financial and asset accounting to support the operations of a medium to large service organisation.
Additionally, your high level interpersonal and communication skills to build strong business relationships and manage staff in leading and building capacity, with ability to motivate, delegate and achieve objectives will be essential in this opportunity.
Eligibility requirements
- You hold a Tertiary qualification in Business or Accounting or equivalent which allows membership to CPA Australia or equivalent professional body
