Learning & Development Advisor
Location: West / East Yorkshire or Darlington with UK wide travel
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE) per annum plus company car/car allowance and other company benefits
Contract: Full-time/Permanent
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant, rapidly evolving Group as a Learning & Development Adviser, supporting the L&D team in the delivery of a high performing and impactful learning and development service to the Redde Northgate Group. Particularly focussing on Northgate Vehicle Hire- Sales, Blakedale.
ing directly to our Group Learning and Development Manager, you will work closely with the existing L&D Advisers as well as with the wider L&D team, to deliver outstanding learning solutions.
Delivering Management and Leadership programmes, at differing levels, will be a central part of your role. As a charismatic and organised individual, you will develop close partnership and working relationships with senior business-leaders, operational managers, HR colleagues, etc. to aid you in analysing business learning needs, designing outstanding solutions, then delivering and evaluating the impact of those solutions as part of the training cycle.
Experience designing engaging training at differing levels across management and leadership programmes is required to be effective in this role. Using your experiences and storytelling techniques, you will confidently be able to deliver training to all levels and quantify the return on investment. Therefore, you will take responsibility for collecting and ing on data to support Management Information and ensuring that deadlines for delivery are met and that customer satisfaction remains high.
At the highest level, your purpose, will be to encourage high performance and increased retention for every employee at across the Group. You will achieve results by collaborating daily with a range of internal and external stakeholders across a variety of departments to support our business and ensure positive outcomes.

About you
• You will be passionate about developing others, capable of building relationships quickly and are able to communicate clearly and accurately with all internal and external stakeholders.
• You will need to be confident in planning your own schedule to deliver multiple pieces of work to meet tight deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
• You’ll have strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a high level of digital proficiency and technical ability, including the ability to produce complex training and evaluation data.
• You will be a team player who will work collaboratively with colleagues and business leaders, while remaining responsible for delivering on your KPI’s.
• You have up to date knowledge of Learning / Training best practice and industry trends.
• Having a relevant professional qualification and experience in fast-paced, corporate environments will help you, because you will be expected to be able to demonstrate your specialist knowledge and skills in the development and delivery of training in the classroom, virtually, and through other digital platforms.
