Recruitment Administrator – London

As the recruitment Administrator/ Coordinator, knowing the needs of our clients would be an important part of your role. You’d be keeping excellent relationships with employers, whilst helping them find the best employees for their business. You’d also be managing, scheduling, and taking ownership of all interviews across the key accounts. As well as overlooking teams of consultants and dealing with general on-going recruitment enquiries.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintaining, updating, and providing client reports on excel
• Managing interview reports via excel
• Data entry based on candidate CV submission (reporting on excel)
• Managing the interview process with candidates and clients (excel, outlook & MS teams) – sending interview confirmations, rejection or acceptance emails, working with templates.
• Administration/ ad-hoc – formatting documents such as job roles and business requirements
• Working closely with the managing director and helping manage work load
• Assist in invoice data entry and credit control; including recording expenses, and pretty cash
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work closely with management and help eliminate errors and organise candidate and client interview schedule

Key skills:

• Previous recruitment experience will be highly desirable!
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Be able to act quickly and decisively
• Have good IT skills include Microsoft, Excel and Outlook, MS Teams
• Have a good eye for detail

• Self- starters, highly motivated, and possesses leadership skills
• requires minimal supervision
