Established in 1998, we’re based in Fort Collins and we primarily help small businesses to plan and execute their marketing efforts. We build new websites, manage paid ad campaigns and do SEO for our clients. We’re small and we pride ourselves on the great work we deliver. We thrive on excellence and believe in integrity.

We’re looking for someone who can manage and execute on every aspect of our in-house and clients’ online marketing programs and projects. The ideal person will have a solid background in project management or traffic management, work well with others and be able to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once. You’ll need to be super organized and detail-oriented on one hand and have a “get ‘er done” attitude on the other.

We believe that all of our employees should continually grow so we’re looking for someone who loves learning new skills. If you don’t know how to do something but have the skills and desire to figure it out, you’d be a great fit.

Typical daily tasks will include:

• Communicating with subcontractors and team members to keep projects moving forward
• Oversight of SEO projects
• Communicating with clients about project status
• Oversight of Google Ads and other PCC campaigns

Required:
Previous experience managing marketing programs and PPC campaigns
Minimum two years experience working in a non-retail, professional, client-focused business environment
Ability to use Microsoft Office and its programs efficiently
Willing to learn and use project management software (the majority of your time will be working with this software)
Knowledge of SEO best practices
A trouble-shooting, problem-solving attitude
