Red Rock Job Corps Hiring for Administrative Assistant (Programs department) Full Time

This position is located at the Red Rock Job Corps Center, in Lopez PA, and is NOT remote. This is a year-round residential campus.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible to provide the respective departments with administrative and technical support. Assists and coordinates special projects and provides support to other departments as required. Responsible to prepare and oversee student class schedules and attendance rosters. Supports the scheduling of student testing. Ensures integrity of student data. Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with all PII guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent required. Advance degrees preferred. A minimum of three years secretarial experience required. Degree or certification from an accredited or relevant certified training program. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications is required.
