Full Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive, upbeat attitude and bright personality to join our amazing team in providing an excellent patient experience! We are an established practice in the Summerlin South neighborhood. We prefer a minimum of 2 years Dental experience, however we value attitude and work ethic and encourage you to apply if you are interested in a career in dentistry. Experience with OpenDental practice management software is a plus.
Employment:
- We offer a four to five day work week for this full time position
- 50% medical insurance premium and dental & vision benefits are included following a 90 day probationary period.
- 3% matching Safe Harbor 401k retirement plan
- Paid time off: 1 week after 1 year of service. 2 weeks after 2 years of service +.
Responsibilities:
o Greet our patients as the first point of contact with our practice from the first phone call to in person at the patient appointment.
o Verify insurance benefits for New Patients
o Monitor and address incoming appointment requests via our Weave and e-mail
o Monitor and address fax communications for our office
o Communicate patient arrivals to the rest of our team via our in-office messaging system
