Job Description:

This position will join an agile and high producing Finance team, assisting with financial modeling for ground-up developments, strategic planning, and financing of capital projects in the build-for-rent and multi-family industry. The candidate must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and interact with all levels of management. The position requires a high level of independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills. The candidate will report directly to the CFO and Managing Partners.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Evaluate financial feasibility of proposed projects
• Work directly with senior management in the development of business and strategic plans, proposals, and presentations
• Assist in due diligence processes by coordinating and managing the information flow to and from third parties (i.e., sellers, buyers, bankers, legal counsel, title company etc.)
• Provide information to executive leadership by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related area.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of business experience including financial analysis, accounting, and/or operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to research and resolve issues and propose solutions
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage complex tasks and issues concurrently
• Self-motivated and able to self-prioritize with minimal supervision
• Expertise and advanced skills in Excel

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
