What you will do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand live and future talent needs
• Play a full life cycle recruitment role for presales positions in Red Hat Australia
• Collaborate with other business units as and when the business needs arise
• Build long-standing relationships and networks with top talent in local markets
• Adopt the Right for Red Hat interview and selection process
• Market and sell the Red Hat’s message in a compelling way to top talent
• Create and implement outbound recruiting plans to proactively approach prospective candidates and talent pools
• Serve as a thought leader and innovator in the talent acquisition industry and use social media in unique, creative, and comprehensive ways
• Serve as the main communicator with our business managers of market intelligence and external benchmarking
• Challenge the status quo and guide process improvements across our hiring processes

What you will bring:

• Experience working as a recruitment specialist, ideally within the technology sector
• Demonstrated background in building long-lasting talent networks, ideally within the technology sales sector
• Excellent business insight and success in presenting company’s business model
• History of sourcing niche talent in competitive talent markets
• Demonstrated success in inspiring key decision makers in the assessment and selection process
• Ability to thrive in a team-based, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle relationship-based multilocation recruitment
• Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to inspire people with a consultative approach
