As our Talent Specialist, you’ll work closely with Red Bull’s hiring managers to deliver recruitment campaigns that attract the right talent for the opportunities they have in their teams. You’ll be an innovative and passionate resourcing expert who knows how to create and maintain high-quality candidate networks and pipelines across a range of roles, at all levels. As our recruitment ‘guru’, you’ll also lead the talent agenda by working on projects that communicate Red Bull’s EVP (“employment value proposition”) to internal and external candidates, as well as providing advice to managers on how to improve their own networking and recruitment skills. As a member of the Red Bull Australia team, your role and the work you do will help ensure that we deliver our purpose to “Give Wings to People & Ideas”.

RECRUITMENT PROJECTS
Partnering with hiring managers to create quality campaign briefs that capture the essence of roles at Red Bull and provide the basis for successful recruitment campaigns through targeting and attracting the right candidates.
Managing the recruitment process ‘end-to-end’: from advertising, pre-screening and selection, organising and being involved in interviews and case studies, completing background checks through to making the offer and producing the contract.
Selecting and activating the right mix of sourcing channels for each campaign.
Ensuring that Red Bull delivers an excellent candidate experience to internal and external candidates across all touch points of the recruitment process.
TALENT PROJECTS
Leading Talent projects to promote Red Bull’s Employment Value Proposition and helping our manager improve their resourcing capability, e.g. networking, pipelining, interview skills, etc.
TALENT PIPELINE BUILDER
Partnering with senior leaders to map and maintain quality talent pipelines for future opportunities.
Providing reporting and analysis to measure the effectiveness of, and the opportunities for, the recruitment function.
Promote and educate our people on how to maximise Red Bull’s range of recruitment resources and materials.
