As a member of the Red Bull HR team, your purpose is to find the right people, realize their potential and keep them by delivering high-quality recruitment and generalist HR services to our people! This is a 12-month contract to ensure our teams are fully resourced and ready for a year of unprecedented growth in 2022!
STRATEGIC SOURCING
Working with the TAS and hiring managers to create job briefings that help identify key skills, experience, behaviours, and values required for roles
Guiding managers to develop their networking skills and proactively build their own pipelines for future vacancies
Selecting and activating the right mix of sourcing channels for each campaign to deliver the desired outcome
Sharing internal communication to our people about career opportunities, promotions and new starters via Red Bull’s People News channel
RECRUITMENT PARTNERING
Collaborating with hiring managers to deliver speedy and tightly managed recruitment processes; including the conducting of strengths-based interviews, case studies, candidate testing, reference checking and background screening.
Champion and educate our people on the use of the global and local recruitment processes and tools, eg HireVue and Wingfinder
Ensuring that Red Bull delivers an excellent candidate experience to internal and external candidates across all touchpoints of the recruitment process.
In collaboration with the TAS, manage our recruitment system (Taleo) to ensure data and information is accurate and up-to-date.
HR GENERALIST SUPPORT
Managing the delivery of our annual Training Calendar
Coordinating the training calendar through our Training Management System
Following up on mandatory completion of HR courses
Working with the HR BP to manage our annual employee engagement survey
Communicating and supporting Employees to complete annual re-signing for our Code of Conduct and Policies & Procedures manual
Responding and interpreting queries from our people about policies and procedures
Providing support with HR research
Coordinating weekly HR Huddles and working with the Head of HR to coordinate HR Offsites
Raising Purchase Orders for dept activities and ensuring timely payment with our Accounts Payable team
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience within (agency or internal) recruitment, managing vacancies across sales and marketing
- Experience using a candidate management system essential, ideally Taleo, as well as experience managing job boards
- Experience within generalist HR is highly desired
- Ability to quickly build effective relationships with hiring managers
- Effective written and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels within a business
- Attention to detail and accuracy; able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Ability to use deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
- Team player who is cooperative with sharing of information and knowledge to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or similar HR qualification
