Job Description

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Investigate and resolve problems through root cause analysis using various s and data to resolve logistics challenges.

Provide status of critical shipments and ensure inbound / outbound on time delivery.

Interact with key personnel to monitor and develop processes to ensure accurate processing of orders and shipments.

Establish strong working relationship with business units, distributors, logistics partners, and Operations team members to provide high levels of customer support.

SHIPMENT MANAGEMENT

Ensure daily processing of outbound transportation shipments through tracking, data review and standard operating procedures.

Audit third party partner’s carrier usage and transport mode choices to ensure proper selections are being utilized.

Review, audit, and process outbound transportation invoicing to confirm payment and accuracy.

Utilize the SAP TM system to process all shipment related data and perform ad hoc corrections to ensure shipments are not delayed.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Identify areas of opportunity for operational improvement.

Conduct ad hoc ing & analysis on order and shipment data.

Maintain documentation and procedures related to logistics policies and procedures.

Prepared to assume additional tasks outside job description (as needed / directed).
