You’ll be mentored directly by our passionate Managing Director, who has 20+ years of experience in recruitment with high exposure to the IT industry, so you’ll be trained by an industry expert who knows her stuff.
You’ll be based on the beautiful waterfront of Salamanca, Hobart. But once you’re up to speed, you’ll be trusted to work from home. We promote flexible working hours and measure your outputs not hours spent at your desk.

Being part of an agency means you’ll be exposed to different roles every day, meaning that every day will be different, and you’ll be constantly learning and engaged.
So, what will you be doing?
You’ll start as a Recruitment Resourcer, and your focus is to find suitable candidates for vacant roles provided by our clients.
You’ll familiarise yourself with the talented candidates on our database and start building relationships with them, and if they’ve got the right skills and experience for a job, you’ll have the pleasure of representing them for their dream role and watching them thrive.
You’ll learn the requirements of a job spec and try and find a suitable candidate by:
Being a Resourcer is only the beginning because once you build confidence and the right skills, you can become a recruitment consultant, which involves more defined negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as higher commission and more accountability.
So, what skills do I need?
You’ll need to be a people-person and be comfortable calling people you’ve never spoken to before, as a large portion of recruitment is done over the phone.
Prior experience in similar roles is desirable but not essential, anyone can do this job with the right attitude. We’ll teach you and send you on training courses, so you’ll be set up to succeed from the start.
If you’ve a background in Call Centre, ICT, Marketing or Customer Service that’s a bonus. You’ll also need to enjoy learning about technology.
