We’re looking for a proactive recruiter who is active on LinkedIn and has a desire to create effective and engaging social media recruitment campaigns. This is a centralised role that will see you interacting with leaders across a range of roles and locations, supporting them by:

• Creating recruitment sourcing strategies across multiple channels
• Drafting and posting job advertisements
• Reviewing and phone screening candidates
• Submitting short lists to managers
• Arranging online reference checks
• Providing advice and guidance on how to conduct effective recruitment processes
