About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant who ideally has a strong background in sourcing talent within the engineering, architecture, property/development or construction industries. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top local and overseas talent and aligning them with Australian companies. You will have the support of our in-house migration and technical expert teams to assist you in this process.

Responsibilities:

• 360 business development, sales, and recruitment: You’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes generating leads, identifying potential candidates, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers.
• Account management: You’ll be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service, and providing regular updates on the recruitment process.
• New business development: You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing new deals.
• Candidate sourcing for multiple roles: You’ll be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top local and overseas talent through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, Seek, various job boards and social media.
• Collaboration with in-house migration and technical experts: You’ll work closely with our in-house migration and technical expert teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or Marketing (highly desirable but not essential)
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple roles and effectively sourcing top talent from both local and international candidate pools.
• A background in industries such as infrastructure, construction, property or architecture (desirable).
• High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek and social media and experience in using CRM software.
• Applicants must have excellent attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
