The role:

– Firstly, this post has been created by internal promotion. We like to develop our own staff where possible.

– Processing sales and works orders in preparation for picking.

– Analysing customer requirements against list of basic components in Bill of Material (BOM) and adjusting for specific orders.

– Picking items for orders and ensuring correct items are collected and paperwork checked off.

– Packing and despatch of items, producing notes for fast-track items, and using third party online systems to arrange for collection and delivery.

– Maintaining accurate storage of stock and stock levels

– Above all, delivering a first class service to your customers, where we strive not just to meet but to exceed your customer’s expectations.

What are we looking for in you Principally:

– Any existing Supply Chain or similar warehouse based experience would be a definite plus, but we will provide training providing you have the right5 attitude and aptitude.

– IT skills and the ability to learn quickly, together with attention to detail and accuracy.

– A team player who interacts well with colleagues.

– A positive approach to self improvement and development where you are able to review your own performance and service delivery in a culture of continuous improvement.
