We are looking for a highly organized, tech‑savvy Recruitment Administrator to support our recruiters, streamline operations, and help keep our workflow running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the recruitment industry while working fully remote.
Role Overview
The Recruitment Administrator will support day‑to‑day recruitment operations, candidate coordination, data tracking, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the recruiting team to ensure smooth processes, accurate documentation, and timely communication.
This role requires someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, comfortable with technology, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach as needed
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters
- Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and documentation
- Prepare and update job postings across platforms
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics (pipeline activity, submissions, interviews, placements, etc.)
- Maintain spreadsheets and dashboards for candidate flow, job status, and performance metrics
- Track recruitment‑related costs and expenses
- Support invoice creation, sending, and follow‑up on outstanding payments
Administrative Operations
- Manage email communication and follow‑ups
- Organize files, documents, and candidate information
- Support CRM/ATS data entry and cleanup
- Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires or contractors
Social Media & Content Support
- Assist with posting job ads, updates, and recruitment content on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Help create simple graphics, captions, and engagement posts
- Support brand visibility and candidate attraction initiatives

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment support, HR coordination, admin, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, ATS platforms is required
- Strong ability to learn new tools and systems and become highly proficient within them
