The Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager this position holds responsibility for coordinating a number of key HR processes and for managing administrative functions relating to the employee lifestyle. Specific duties include:

• Oversee and control HR data, manage the input and flow of information
• Provide 1st level support on HR process, policies, and systems
• Coordinate new employee onboarding process including contract generation, reporting, and compliance
• Act as the subject matter expert supporting managers and employees with HRIS process, ER and management issues and business as usual matters
• Administer employee movement, data change and document management
• Compliance and other adhoc HR reporting
• Coordinate the review of position descriptions
• General support to the HR team as required

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role ideally with a tertiary qualification in HR. Demonstrated experience using a HR information System will be essential as will your ability your ability to problem solve and maintain confidentiality.
