We are looking to build our roster of Customer Service Representatives of all levels. This is open to candidates seeking temporary or permanent employment! Travellers with valid Work permits can also apply.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for performing a diverse range of duties including but not limited to:

Handling customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Learning to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.

Learning the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries.

Keeping a record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date.

Being able to process orders, forms, applications, or requests.

Working with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.

Providing feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes.

Learning about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.

Qualifications

Communication skills with a pleasant demeanor and ability to work with multiple personalities

Attention to detail to be able to provide written communication to customers that is free of spelling or grammatical errors

Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment

Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities

Strong organizational skills

Adaptability and flexibility

Leadership skills
