THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the team as a Talent Acquisition, via an RPO arrangement, placing qualified Engineering professionals into internal vacancies in the Renewable Energy sector.
Manage inbound applications, short listing candidates, and having control and involvement in the full interview processes.
You will become fully HOGAN assessment trained so you can implement these skills to streamline the hiring process.

The role will involve fully brief taking with hiring management, role advertisement, assessment monitoring, interviewing and offer handling.
THE BENEFITS
Up to £33,000 – basic salary
+ personal commission structure (OTE £60,000+)
+ 9am – 5pm work hours

ABOUT YOU
3+ years’ experience within recruitment, specialising in engineering, renewable energy or oil and gas.
A desire to grow within a business.
Ideal role to take your recruitment career into the right direction with the right company.
