THE OPPORTUNITY

An incredible opportunity to join a business that is deeply embedded in the construction sector, with consultants that have recruitment and construction knowledge.

You would be jumping into the team as a full 360 Blue Collar Trades and Labour consultant. Following the fundamentals of recruitment by servicing and sourcing new business, whilst resourcing candidates to fill all requirements.

On top of joining a knowledgeable and experienced team and running your own desk, this role offers homebased working.

You will have the chance to run your own desk and build it up as big as you wish, whilst handling the day-to-day running of your engagements.

THE BENEFITS

Up to £50,000 basic salary (DOE).

Homebased working.

Commission plans (up to 25%).

Earn 40% of what you bill.

Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally in construction sector.
