Recruit4Staff are proud to be represent their client, an internationally renowned construction & civil engineering company in their search for a Engineering & Third Party Manager to work on their Civil Engineering Infrastructure project in the North Wales area

For the successful Engineering & Third Party Manager our client is offering:

1. Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience & skillset)
2. Company car or car allowance
3. Pension with up to 8% contribution from the client

The Role – Engineering & Third Party Manager

1. Manage the Third-parties technical interface and deliver appropriate engineering solutions
2. Provide guidance & support to the project to ensure third party approval for tunnelling beneath assets is obtained prior to commencement of tunnelling
3. Accountable and responsible for the Third Party process, procedure and delivery
4. Establish third party management,regime and governance for the project
5. Manage sub-contractor design and consultancy relating to third party crossings
6. Ensure design and assessment work is commissioned and delivered in time to meet the programme
7. Manage third party progress meetings
8. Produce and provide reports and feedback
9. Responsible for third party land access request process
10. Support the recruitment of engineers and design coordinators to support project requirements
11. Ensure quality benchmarks are maintained to a high standard

What our client is looking for in a Engineering & Third Party Manager

1. Previous on site experience in a Civil Engineering/Construction/ project ESSENTIAL
2. Hold a current UK Driving Licence
3. Relevant engineering degree in civil engineering or construction
4. Over 5 years of experience in project management of a major engineering project or equivalent design management
5. Technical knowledge appropriate to the nature of works: Tunnel design and construction, geotechnical engineering, highway/rail/building monitoring
6. Client and stakeholder management experience
