For the successful Learning & Development Advisor our client is offering;
Permanent position
Day shifts Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Annual salary up to £29,000 per annum (D.O.E)
25 days holiday plus birthday off

The Role – Learning & Development Advisor;
Develop and deliver ongoing learning for all employees, including operations, commercial sales and support staff
Responsible for collating skills gap analysis information from the internal managers
Work closely with the internal managers to identify priority learning and development areas from departmental strategies and plans.
Work closely with the colleges, attend open days and job fairs, to promote the company and attract talent.
Responsible for all aspects of the apprentices that join the company, including regular reviews with both apprentice and tutor.
Identifying external training partners to assist on delivering training on site and in the classroom,
Create and deliver soft skill workshops to the middle management team, advising and supporting on management staffing issues.
Work with the HR Manager to create a Learning and Development strategy plan
What our client is looking for in a Learning & Development Advisor;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role – ESSENTIAL
Experience with designing and delivering development programs – ESSENTIAL
Qualification in Learning & Development – ESSENTIAL
HR experience – ESSENTIAL
CIPD Level 5 – PREFERRED
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment – PREFERRED
