Intake Specialist

Responsibilities:
– Conduct intake assessment for outpatient substance abuse practice
– Provide timely assessments and initial ISP for referred clients on a virtual basis
– Provide referral resources for clients that are not appropriate for services
– Provide accurate and timely information to clients or patients
– Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar role preferred
– Bachelor’s degree at minimum, CSAC
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
