Position Summary

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting a wide range of analyses and reports regarding the company’s financial performance, and implementation of PO policy. The role requires to collaborate with accounting and various departments. This position should possess financial reporting and analysis skills, strong business acumen, excellent communication skill, project management and computer skills that can work with different parties and a large volume of data. This position reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Review and enter purchase orders into the accounting system to make sure proper

evidence and approval, coding and within budget;

• Handle employees’ inquiries for PO implementation, and provide coaching if needed;

• Perform actuals vs. budget analyses, and other analysis reports;

• Help with inter-company invoicing;

• Prepare Dashboard and/or other financial reporting requests;

• Involve in accrual process together with accounting team for month/quarter/year-end financial close;

• Assist in automation of Finance’s function by exploring and implementing different tools; and

• Work on ad-hoc reports, projects, and analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis, finance or auditing;

• Understanding of financial statements, and their relationship (Income statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statement);

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job;

• Strong quantitative ability and comfort with large data sets;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel is a must (vlookup, pivot table, etc.);

• Experience in ERP system is a must;

• Experience in medical device, biotech, healthcare, or manufacturing industries is preferred;

• Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking, proactive, analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Good communication skills and be collaborative;

• Work independently, strong work ethical with a positive and can-do attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
