As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Reconomy you will influence and manage all parts of the recruitment process. Building relationships with key people at specific group companies you will find great employees for a range of roles, from entry level to senior, across all departments.
Your main focus will be recruiting for positions which are quite technical, finding people who want to get into the industry and become experts in environmental compliance. Assessing their ability to understand and communicate complex information as well as working with large data sets.
You will also work with colleagues to complete recruitment projects such as internships, graduate programmes and apprenticeships to ensure a diverse range of talent is joining the business.
Working with marketing and colleagues from across the business there is lots of opportunity to support with our employer branding and we do have a great story to tell.

This position is due to growth within the team, there is lots going on, so we do need someone with previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency. However, you don’t have to have done it all before, if there is something you’ve not had the opportunity to do previously, we will work with you to develop your skills.
