ABOUT THE ROLE:
ing to a highly influential CFO, this Finance Manager will support the delivery of major finance objectives as the organisation aims to continue its growth journey. The Finance Manager will act as a true partner and 2IC to the Finance Director, CEO and Executive Leadership Team to provide ongoing strategic support, change management, transformation and efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for leading and driving new improvements across ing, FP&A and best in class processes.
As the Finance Manager, you will take full ownership for the strategic delivery of business results. The Finance Manager has primary day-to-day responsibility for supporting business strategies to add value beyond finance across a broad range of stakeholders and providing leadership to the finance team. The key success factor will be your ability to business partner to deliver key results and improvements.
This role not only requires an excellent technical and analytical mind but also someone that can think outside of the box and not be afraid to challenge the status quo.

The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA qualified and has proven experience in leading highly engaged teams. The ideal candidate is confident engaging in discussions with key stakeholders with the ability to build effective working relationships.
