Key Responsibilities

ing to an experienced and elite CFO, this Accounts Receivable Manager will manage a team of 3 to support the backbone and core operating foundations for the business. You’re key responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership And Management

• Management of a team of 3.
• Assist and support the accounts receivable team on a daily basis, fortnightly team meeting and catch-up sessions.
• Assist on a continuous basis with regards to queries, payments and internal departments
• Support their learning and growth.

Monthly ing:

• Prepare monthly s based on the ATB and debtors aging along with action points to make improvements.
• Monthly recon of debtor’s ledger.

Customer Master Data:

• Assessment of credit applications submitted.
• Opening of new customer accounts and maintaining of existing customer master data.

Banking:

• Ensure that AR bank statement is processed on a daily basis accurately.
• Weekly submitting of customer invoices to the bank.
• Monthly reconciling of the debtor’s ledger for the bank.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with stakeholders on a regular basis, submitting s to the Sales, Customer service and logistics teams in order to gain their assistance where required to resolve customer queries.
• Weekly submission and processing of customer invoices to Accounts Payable for promotional related activities.
• Assist the greater finance team on a monthly basis / when required.

Skills And Experience

You are an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a strong passion for people leadership and management. You may be a Accounts Receivable Team Leader/Supervisor or Senior Accounts Receivable Officer looking for a step up into this Accounts Receivable Manager position or you may be an experienced AR Manager looking to join a high growth, reputable, large consumer goods brand that will offer you fantastic career opportunities.

You will bring to the role strong commercial acumen, vision for growth, and a passion for best in class processes.
