As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment agenda in Reckitt’s CHQ, in identifying and recruiting top talent to support Reckitt’s growth. You will run the end-to-end recruitment processes for departments such as; IT&D, cyber, legal, marketing, eCommerce.

You`ll:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from breifing to offer
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals and forecasted hiring needs to build effective recruitment plans
• Continue activities on building awareness regarding recruitment process and make on-going improvement of process
• Lead activities around building the best candidate experience throughout the whole recruitment and hiring cycle
• Serve as an advisor to hiring managers, provide expertise on talent analytics and candidate selection best practices
• Report and analyze HR data and market trends. Maintain ATS system and files
• Help in building KPIs and SLAs for recruitment area to measure performance
