Talent Acquisition Advisor

This role will sit within our UKI Commercial Talent Acquisition function, who are part of the wider Europe ANZ team (a team of 12). They support the UKI stakeholders across all business units, who are responsible for local activation of Reckitt’s business strategy and sales and marketing execution within UKI. You will have the benefit of being part of a smaller, close knit team, as well as a wider regional structure who work together, share best practice and strive to be best in class.
You’ll succeed because… You will be responsible for :
- The end-to-end process of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding – with the support of a Talent Acquisition Sourcer
- Responsible for meeting direct hire expectations, sourcing candidates directly via traditional and innovative online/offline channels
- Deliver recruiting campaigns for repeat or volume hiring areas (namely Sales, amongst others)
- supporting in the assessment of commercial graduate and intern recruitment during peak times Qualify and interview prospective candidates, via telephone or face-to-face Support on onboarding – contracts
