As an HR Solutions Analyst Talent, you will play a key role in analysing and improving end user journeys, analyse the changes to the Talent processes and data needed and ensure the chosen solutions are fit for purpose. An HR Solutions analyst:

• Keeps the employee experience in mind and maps the user journeys
• Identifies where processes could be improved for better employee experience
• Agree prioritisation and decisions with Stakeholders
• Provides input into the Business Requirements
• Collaborate with IT to define, design and deliver
• Ensure Change Impacts are understood, communicated and that the solution is adopted
• Lead process and design changes, understand and embed new ways of working
• Analyses the data required, gather the data for PDR & Talent processes to maintain quality of data
• Supports testing of a solution by identifying test scenarios, following test steps, documenting the results and checking whether the solution is still fit for original and future purpose
• Ensure that the Talent processes structure is correct, and the governance is followed
