In this role you will…

• Ensure Region submission deadlines for monthly results, forecast and plan are met. Facilitate necessary discussions on reporting issues which put delivery within deadlines at risk
• Offer insightful analysis on the financials and suggest implications on business performance
• Work closely with regions & factories to identify opportunities for cost efficiency programs
• Consolidate comments on monthly performance provided by European supply team, translating these comments from Market/Factory into regional perspective. Consolidate results and produce KPI reports for Manufacturing and Supply Services
• Work closely with countries during deployment to ensure local teams have the knowledge to support Global changes
• Develop new capabilities as required to improve reporting process (Power BI, Anaplan, etc.)
• Act as an advocate for the standardisation of global business processes, data and systems within the Europe team
• Facilitate best practice sharing across countries globally
• Set the European calendar to call out the full plan & forecast cycle. Keep everyone on track and remind of upcoming deadlines
• Work together with the regions for the preparation of the plan, 3/5 years plans and strategic supply sourcing
• Assist in data collection and analysis to support presentations on proposed strategic initiatives; assist the region in target setting and tracking, aligned with the goals of the set tasks
• Review with each market along with European Director to understand their proposed construct and challenge appropriately
• Confident business partner within Supply Finance and the operational European teams
• Works with other functions outside of Supply (BU FP&A, Group FP&A, Category Finance, Finance Shared Services, Tax and Treasury)

You’ll succeed because you…

• Hold a recognised Degree in Finance or Accounting, CA/ ACCA or equivalent
• Can act with minimum planning and work independently. You will have a strong achievement orientation, consistently exceeding objectives
• Possess strong communication and documentation skills including coordination skills, good personal presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Can demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines, delivering complex project assignments on time
• Have Microsoft Office literacy (strong excel skills in data compilation and aggregation, e.g., pivot tables/ VLOOKUP)
• SAP, JDE, HFM, Cognos knowledge is desirable
