Reckitt Hiring for Associate Digital Media Manager at Parsippany, NJ Full Time

• Work with the campaign manager, brand managers & media teams to shape their digital plans that really deliver success.
• Turn strategies into tactics for everything porgrammatic.
• Set the goals, and then drive optimisations to achieve the goal.
• Create setup guides and in-platform QA process.
• Effectively plan, activate, and manage your designated Programmatic campaigns; ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
• Take ownership of some elements of the testing plans of your market and suggest new ideas for testing, including planning, executing & evaluating tests with methodical accuracy
• Grow your knowledge of programmatic and emerging social and champion being a subject matter expert.
• Conduct performance analysis, drive insights and influence paid media decisions on digital, issue identification and solution development.
• Work with the media manager & analyst across Programmatic/social to ensure smooth cross channel planning and activation.

Required:

• Likely to have experience working across programmatic on DSPs such as DV360 and have commensurate experience in digital roles working with other Account Executives / Account Managers

• Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing stakeholder and supplier relationships

• Excellent organisation skills to keep on top of volume of spend and campaigns.

• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)

Desired:

• Experience on cross-channel planning and optimisation capabilities

• DV360 Certification

• Experience with running large budget campaigns across multiple programmatic KPIs

• Experience ing and presenting back to senior stakeholders.
