About The Position

We are currently seeking a qualified Part-Time facility Receptionist to join our team at Peak Resources Alamance.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
Nice To Haves
- At least one (1) year of experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from and accredited school/college
Responsibilities
- Performs clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and directed by the supervisor.
- Managing a multi-line phone system, taking messages and directing calls.
- Maintaining a clean organized and secure front desk area.
- Receiving inquiries and release of information in accordance with established policies and procedures (HIPAA).
- Greeting visitors, residents, staff, and sales representatives
- Administrative tasks; such as data entry, scanning, filing, accepting deliveries and sorting mail, and transportation scheduling.
