Contract: Part-time (33.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:45pm–8:00pm), fixed term until 31 July 2026.

We are looking for a part-time hours Receptionist to join our friendly Reception Services team at the University of Oxford, delivering a high-quality reception and administrative service across our world-class buildings.

The role will be mainly based at the amazing Schwarzman Centre and will be focused on supporting the public and events from a reception perspective.

About the Role
Our receptionists represent the University at some of Oxford’s most prominent buildings, providing a warm, professional, and efficient front-of-house service to staff, students, and visitors.
You will be welcoming guests, coordinating room bookings, issuing access cards, managing mail and deliveries, or assisting with small administrative tasks. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment and may be required to train as a first aider or fire marshal.
As a valued member of our team, you will help deliver a seamless, polished service that reflects Oxford’s world‑class reputation, all while being part of a supportive community committed to excellence.
Please note that this role is fully on‑site, with no remote working options.
