We are currently looking to hire a Patient Services Coordinator. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, with morning hours required. The position is located in our Wellesley Clinic.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/ GED required.
• College degree preferred
• Prior related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive clients
• Schedule appointments
• Answer incoming calls and faxes,
• Create positive patient experience
• Collect and process payments
• Maintain office records
• General office organization
