Job Location

We have just moved into a beautiful, spacious new office with easy access to I-75 in Troy! All of our workspaces feature large, customizable electric sit/stand desks, new chairs, and two new, extra-large monitors. Schedule is Monday through Friday, and start time is 9:00am.

Job Description

Re-Bath Michigan is the largest bathroom remodeling company in the state, and we are growing! We are upgrading and digitizing many of our processes, such as our new iPad-based sales platform, and our new expense/receipt tracking system. To help implement and maintain these new systems, we’re creating the brand-new position of Operations Coordinator. This new associate will perform a wide-ranging combination of tasks, including:

· Function as the super user, administrator and in-house technical support for all of our new programs and apps

· Train associates both in person and over the phone

· Offer technical support to other associates when needed, both in person and by phone/email/Teams

· Create and organize training documents and procedure manuals for each of the new apps/systems

· Act as liaison for all external software support teams

· Become subject matter expert within our Salesforce environment

· Coordinate with Accounting department whenever needed, by phone/email/Teams or in person

· Assist the Office Manager, Marketing Manager, and leadership team with any tasks needed

· Other duties as assigned

Technical Qualifications

• Technical support experience: 1 year (Nice to have but not required)
• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced skills), including pivot tables
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Certify or other expense tracking software (nice to have)
• Leap or other sales platform software (nice to have)
• Ability to lead implementation of new apps and/or software as needed
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and digital devices
• Basic ing and presentation skills
• QuickBooks experience (nice to have)

· Strong willingness to learn the business needs and processes

· Attention to detail, highly organized and strong work ethic

· Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

· Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

· High School Diploma (or equivalent) required

· Bachelor’s preferred

· Driver’s License or State ID (required in order to be registered on our partner sites)

· Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
