The Business Analyst role is central to navigating and simplifying the strategic and operational environment the project team work within. Here Are Some Of The Duties You Will Perform

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements for software applications in the financial services domain.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Design and document technical specifications, system workflows, data models, and integration points to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the proposed solutions.
• Work closely with software development teams to provide guidance and clarification on technical requirements, ensuring that the solutions align with business goals and industry best practices.
• Assist in thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and functionality of the developed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of software applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides, architecture state diagram, system manuals, cyber security plans, technical specifications, use case diagrams, and training materials.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Equivalent of 6 years of relevant experience in Systems Analysis role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong background in software application development, including knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.
• Excellent technical documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive specifications and system documentation.
• Proficiency in analysing complex systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
