We are looking for Management Consultants at a Manager, Senior Manager and Principal level, to drive business transformation activities and project delivery for our government clients. What To Expect In This Role

Working as a core part of our team, at a Manager, Senior Manger or Principal level, you will contribute to driving growth, innovation, and delivery.

Here are some of the duties you will perform. This is not an exhaustive list.

• Strategic client leader for business engagements in the government sector where your focus will be to drive business transformation activities and project delivery.
• Lead the formulation of the customer business strategies, roadmaps and models.
• Recommend client value creation initiatives and implementing industry best practices with our partners.
• Lead and drive technical sales opportunities and key account activities.
• Lead and motivate your team and mentor junior staff.
• Set and maintain quality expectations for client deliverables.
• Face-to-face client engagement, including leading presentations, workshops and meetings.

These expectations are scaled to fit the level you apply for.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years’ experience managing and leading engagements through the setting of objectives and priorities, assigning and reviewing tasks and/or managing people.
• Experience supporting business development efforts including identifying potential engagement opportunities, lead generation to conversion, and contributing to proposals.
• Experience building relationships with clients and external project teams to ensure the successful delivery of engagements.
• Experience conducting client meetings and workshops, analysing research, and developing client-ready documents, including the delivery of powerful, effective client presentations.
• You have a natural love of learning, the generosity to share what you know and the desire to create something original.
• You are commercially minded with a passion for helping our clients understand what is possible with innovative and disruptive technology.
• You have high levels of self-motivation, energy and confidence in working autonomously and as part of the team.
• Solid communication skills (written, verbal and visual).
• Relevant professional experience, a bachelor’s degree and/or a relevant postgraduate degree.
• Australian citizen and eligible for obtaining a security clearance .
