RealTime Finance Limited Hiring for Bookkeeper Full Time

RealTime Finance provides outsourced accounting services for small and medium sized companies in the London area.

Our aim is to maximise the efficiency of financial departments by using the latest technologies and streamlining processes. Established in January 2017, we have a small portfolio of clients and are looking grow the business and to add to our high quality team.

We are looking for experienced individuals with excellent bookkeeping skills, able to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple clients. Typically you would work for 1-2 days a week for each client and there would be the flexibility of managing just one client or multiple clients, depending on your availability. You will work on a subcontracting basis for RealTime Finance who will contract with the end client. Remuneration will be based on an hourly rate.

You will need to have worked in a small business environment, be confident and articulate and able to work independently. You will need to demonstrate an intermediate level of Excel, and be familiar with at least one of Xero, Sage or Quickbooks. These skills will be tested at interview. You will need to be technology savvy and willing to embrace new ways of working. An AAT qualification or above is desirable.

Salary: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
