In partnership with Realise HR, the region’s specialist HR & People agency, James Cropper is seeking a new Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team!

The Role

With the support of the team, you will develop the design and delivery of a highly effective talent attraction service to ensure the attraction of high-quality candidates. You will have responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment and resourcing processes (Internally and externally) and will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to develop the overall recruitment and approach as well as early careers programmes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HRBP’s and hiring managers to deliver and streamline a best practice recruitment and selection process.
• Craft exciting and engaging job adverts and work with Hiring Managers to determine the best places to advertise and monitor trends i.e., job boards, careers pages
• Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey.
• Partner with stakeholders to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage expectations
• Conduct interviews as necessary working alongside hiring managers.
• Support with strategies to increase diverse talent across the business.
• Developing toolkits and training to educate hiring managers on best practice recruitment.
• Management of recruitment providers, such as agencies/ RPO’s
• Seek chances to create process efficiencies and automation in the recruitment and talent processes
• Ensure that James Cropper complies with all relevant employment and identification legislation
• Provide appropriate resourcing metrics, MI and reporting demonstrating ROI for the business and effective candidate experience

About You

• You’ll be a Recruitment/Talent Professional with a comprehensive understanding of the labour market, the associated challenges and how to overcome them.
• You will bring experience in developing and implementing recruitment, resourcing and talent processes.
• You will have previous experience of leading end-to-end recruitment in a demanding (multi-sited) customer focussed, high-volume organisation.
• You will have excellent knowledge and experience of campaign and branding collateral for attraction and selection and experience in managing external suppliers and partners including monitoring SLA compliance.
• The ability to work both operationally and strategically, switching between both with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, work unsupervised and manage your own workload.
• You will be results focused with a passion for data and insights, with a solid understanding of industry norms and best practice, you will be able to model robust recruitment and talent data reporting.
