We are growing rapidly! This is an exciting time to join RealEats as the business continues to expand across the nation. Looking for someone who is enthusiastic about recruiting, speaks and writes in both Spanish and English, and knows how to put the right people in the right seats to assist us in hiring reliable and effective hourly team members.

What you will do:

• Hourly employee recruiting–from writing ads to posting, interviewing, to making the offer

• Hourly employee onboarding–ensuring all paperwork is completed and validated prior to starting work

• Hourly employee orientation–conducting required orientations and follow up during the 1st 90 days

• Escalate human resource issues as appropriate

• Report and track recruitment metrics

• Maintain human resource files in an up to date and orderly manner

• Collaborate with HR Manager & leadership in developing and implementing HR & operational processes

• Potential to assist with other HR and operational duties as the company grows

What you will bring to the job:

• Outstanding oral and written English skills
• Spanish speaking highly preferred

• Desire to build relationships in the community

• Comfortable working with social media and tools such as Indeed to manage posts and communicate with applicants

• Experience with holding group interviews in order to fill multiple positions at a time

• Understanding of how to build and measure a pipeline of applicants, experience with an applicant tracking system a plus

• Ability to be flexible with organizational changes that align with company growth

• Organized and forward thinking

• Passionate about finding the right people for the job

• Ability to maintain confidentiality required for human resources

• Strong computer skills Microsoft Office or Google (Excel, Sheets)

Location: Geneva, NY

Compensation to be commensurate with experience and skills.

This is an “At Will” hourly, non-exempt position. Medical, dental, vision, and other benefits available at a competitive cost for full-time associates.
