Job Summary:

Title: Roofing Sales Representative (100% Commission-Based)

Job Description: We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Roofing Sales Representative. This role offers a 100% commission-based compensation structure, providing you with the opportunity to determine your own income based on your sales performance. As a Roofing Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales for roofing services.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential customers in need of roofing services through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and door-to-door sales.

Conduct thorough assessments of customers’ roofing needs, inspecting roofs, identifying damage or issues, and providing suitable solutions.

Present and explain roofing products, services, and estimates to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.

Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales proposals and quotes to potential customers.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaborate with roofing installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing any post-sales inquiries or issues.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry, is highly advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.

Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and secure commitments from potential clients.

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Basic knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and industry practices is desirable.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for attending client meetings and site visits.

Note: This is a 100% commission-based position, meaning there is no fixed salary or benefits. Your income will be solely based on the sales you generate. The roofing industry can be highly competitive, and success will depend on your sales skills, efforts, and market conditions.
